What are the payment options?
Payment can be made through PayPal or Venmo. Payment is due when the custom order is placed and payment instructions will be provided .
What is your return policy?
Each order is created to customer specifications. Photographs of the piece will be sent, upon request, prior to shipping. Pieces are mailed USPS Priority Mail and will be insured for the cost of the item, minus shipping costs. No refunds or returns.
How long will it take for you to finish my piece?
If you choose a piece or painting that is marked "Available for Sale", it will be mailed out within 2 business days. I will process orders on a first come, first serve basis, and I will communicate by email an estimated completion date.
How can I contact you?
I see a piece I love! How do I get one?
I use driftwood, shells, reclaimed wood and forest materials in my creations. No piece can be exactly duplicated (no piece of driftwood or shell is exactly alike), but I can create something for you in the style and colors you love, with personalization or other customization.
What size are the pieces?
The regular size key holders are generally 12-14 inches long and less than 10 inches high. I can make a piece larger or smaller. Minimum charge for 12-14 inch piece is $30. Price increases for larger pieces.
